Legacy’s CNC machining uses the newest technology offered by Mazak.
Fabrication Capabilities
Legacy specializes in custom fabrication parts and assemblies. We have the ability to build from your specifications utilizing carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, or alloys. Legacy offers reliable, dependable service when you need it. Our organization offers the highest level of quality, performance, and service in production of custom fabricated equipment. Through our partners we have Cranes with 15,000 pound lifting capability, break presses, over 30 complete welding stations, CNC plasma and laser burning capability we come together to form the finest fabrications in the nation.
Reverse Engineering
Legacy Manufacturing now offers complete powder coating and paint services. Coated substrates include galvanized steel, galvaneal, cold rolled steel, stainless steel, pickled & oiled hot rolled steel & aluminum. A wide variety of standard & custom powder colors, textures & formulations are available to meet customer applications & specs. Capabilities include engineering, masking, special packaging, assembly, delivery & quality inspection. Markets served include appliance, automotive, convention, electrical, construction, lighting, office equipment, furniture & tubular display fixtures. All Coatings meet ASTM standards.
When it came to custom engraving/etching we wanted to be able to offer our customers the best quality possible. After months of searching, we decided on the Logilase Laser System. Logilaseis “State-of-the-art” adaptation of the latest CNC control systems with advanced Laser Technology. Designed and assembled in Canada, it is ideal for adding your part number, company name, etc., to any job we machine for you. Applicable Materials: Acrylic, ABS, Lamocoid, Wood, Bamboo, Jade, Marble, Granite, Organic Glass, Crystal, Plastic, Textile, Paper, Leather, Rubber, Ceramic, Coated Metals and Metal Marking Compounds. Laser Etching & Part Marking
While Legacy strives to stay on top of the latest technology, we decided it was time to include laser cutting in house. With our Mazak CNC Laser Cutter, we are able to cut ½’’ thick steel in 4x8 sheets to your specifications. This CNC Laser allows us to continue our precision reputation and deliver our customer quality products made in our own facility.
